If you have a Windows 2012 domain controller, it is easy to add second domain controller to your system.
Follow the steps in the link https://moonstarit.wordpress.com/2013/04/01/windows-2012-ad-installation/ until the deployment configuration
If you followed, you then have to choose “Add a domain controller to an existing domain”
Click on the select button and type your domain credentials “Domainanem\username” and “Password”
And then click next
As you can see, Site is an option during installation.
Type the Restore password and then click on next

I would like to replicate from my primary domain controller. If you want to install from the media, choose the thick box.
